All credit card transactions are taken via PayPal for fast and secured online payments, so we don't even see or store your credit or debit card details.

We respect your privacy therefore we only use the information we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Ordering From Our Website

When placing an order from our website there is no minimum order requirement. Payments are made securely online using PayPal’s secure server. We do not at any given time collect, store, share or use any personal information with anyone else, and only use the information provided by ‘you’ the ‘customer’ to provide you with the best possible product(s) and service(s). We do not accept any other forms of payment other than the following:

Direct Bank Transfer

We will not at anytime send or issue artwork for despatch until full payment has been made. If you are paying by PayPal’s eCheque or your payment is placed on hold through PayPal, we will not ship out artwork until funds are cleared.

Commissions & Custom Artwork

Commission & custom artwork requests are welcome. We do take a £20 non-refundable deposit on all commission and custom artwork order placed via our website, telephone or email. Online Shop Purchases Only

Under the United Kingdom’s Office of Fair Trading & Distance Selling Regulations, if you have received goods from Van Marciano Art.com and have simply changed your mind regarding any issues with your purchase, you may return these items for a full refund subject to the following conditions;

1. You must inform us that you are returning items within 14-Days of receipt and the items in question must be received by us within the 14-Day window. No refunds will be issued if items are returned outside this threshold.

2. All artwork purchased from our online art store must be returned in the same condition as it left our studio or in good resalable condition, and in its original packaging. Please return artwork using the same delivery service or similar with tracking.
