Our Terms & Conditions govern your use of our company website http://www.vanmarcianoart.com. Please read them carefully as the affect your rights under the applicable law. If at anytime you do not agree with our Terms & Conditions set out please do not register for or use our company website. Credit card security

All credit card transactions are taken via PayPal for fast and secured online payments, so we don't even see or store your credit or debit card details.

Privacy policy

We respect your privacy therefore we only use the information we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We do this for two reasons 1) to process your order 2) to provide the best service. Your details will not be passed on to any other party. View more information on our privacy policy

Ordering From Our Website

When placing an order from our website there is no minimum order requirement. Payments are made securely online using PayPal’s secure server. We do not at any given time collect, store, share or use any personal information with anyone else and only use the information provided by ‘you’ the ‘customer’ to provide you with the best possible product(s) and service(s). We do not accept any other forms of payment other than the following:

We will not at anytime send or issue artwork for despatch until full payment has been made. If you are paying by PayPal’s eCheque or your payment is placed on hold through PayPal, we will not ship out artwork until funds are cleared.

Commissions & Custom Artwork

Commission & custom artwork requests are welcome. We do take a £20 non-refundable deposit on all commission and custom artwork order placed online. We ask that you allow 21 working days for commissioned artwork to be completed. To place a commission order, please click here.

14-Day Money Back Guarantee

Online Shop Purchases Only

Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, if you have received goods from Van Marciano Art and have simply changed your mind regarding any issues with your purchase, you may return these items for a full refund subject to the following conditions;

1. You must inform us that you are returning items within 14-Days of receipt and the items in question must be received by us within the 14-Day window. No refunds will be issued if items are returned outside this threshold.

2. All artwork purchased from our online art store must be returned in the same condition as it left our studio or in good resalable condition, and in its original packaging.

3. Once you have carefully packaged the items in its original packaging please email us at returns@vanmarcianoart.com to arrange a collection to be made from your address.

Please Note: Returns are NOT accepted on commissioned or custom artwork as these are created specifically to order, and we do not have the storage facility to hold them in.

Order Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. After this period orders cannot be cancelled as they are normally allocated for despatch & delivery. Please read out Returns Policy above.

Loss or Damaged Orders

Should you receive your order in a damaged state please contact us immediately to arrange a collection and a replacement within 7-days of receipt.

Gift Vouchers

Redeeming your gift vouchers

Before you can make a purchase using your gift voucher you need to contact us by email with the following details:

Item(s) you wish to purchase

We will then email you a unique payment link with the value of the voucher deducted from the total amount. If your purchase is at the full value of your voucher then we will arrange shipping upon receipt of your email confirmation as outlined above.

Note: Our gift vouchers do not have an expiry date so you can spend at your leisure at any time. Our gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for money. Our gift vouchers can only be used at Original Art Direct.com or Van Marciano Art.com. Our gift vouchers can be redeemed only once. Our gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer(s) run by Original Art Direct.com or Van Marciano Art.com unless otherwise stated and cannot be used to purchase more gift vouchers from either site.
