Shipping and handling to mainland UK customers is FREE. We ship our artwork securely wrapped in protective packaging using City Link mainland UK courier services or similar. Once your artwork leaves us we email you with a unique tracking reference code and confirmation of despatch.

Delivery Times

We aim to get your order to you within 3 to 5 working days excluding weekends and bank holidays, however on busier times we kindly ask you to allow up to 7 working days for delivery before chasing your order.

Please note: All artwork are despatched on a working day between Monday & Friday. We do not despatch artwork on Saturdays or Sundays. If you would like arrange delivery to take place on a Saturday morning, a collection is made from our studio on the Friday before. This service is not included in the price of our artwork and is available at an additional £25.00 please email us for further information or to arrange this service.

In the unlikely event that your artwork is not in stock, we will e-mail you to advise you of this and offer an alternative or a full refund. Artwork that are created to order are also despatched within 5 - 7 working days. For commissioned artwork please allow up to 14-days for completion before delivery is arranged.
