Postage & Packaging (Mainland UK)

Shipping and handling to mainland UK customers is FREE. We ship our artwork securely wrapped in protective packaging using DHL Express service. Once your artwork leaves us we email you with a unique tracking reference code and confirmation of despatch.

Delivery Times

We aim to get your order to you within 3 to 5 working days excluding weekends and bank holidays, however on busier times we kindly ask you to allow up to 7 working days for delivery before chasing your order. International orders please allow up to 21 days for delivery.

In the unlikely event that your artwork is not in stock, we will e-mail you to advise you of this and offer an alternative or a full refund. Artwork that are created to order are also despatched within 5 - 7 working days. For commissioned artwork please allow up to 21 days for completion before delivery is arranged.
