BUYING ART FROM US

How is our artwork so affordable?

We have had many emails in the last 12 months or so asking how is our artwork so affordable... Fabrizio’s passion for creating beautiful original art is an intense one, in which he strongly believes that everyone should be able to afford a piece of his admirable imagination… simple. If you compare some of Fabrizio’s stunning original triptych canvases starting from around £100.00 to other artists offering similar works to Fabrizio's for sale at around £200.00 or £350.00 per set, there is simply no contest when it comes to affordability and originality. However do remember just because we’re affordable it doesn't mean that we sacrifice the quality of our artwork in the process. Anyone who has purchased Fabrizio’s canvas paintings in the past will understand too well and yes we have over 2,500 happy customers worldwide.

Are all of Fabrizio’s canvas paintings originals?

Yes 100% all hand painted and individually created in Fabrizio's unique style. Here at Van Marciano Art you will not find copies, reproductions or prints on canvas of any shape or form.

Will the painting I order be exactly the same as the one displayed on your website?

Much of our paintings on canvas are available to ship immediately and will be as exactly as described and illustrated on our website. There is also a number of artwork that are available to purchase in other sizes. These other sizes are created to order and can take anything up to 7 working days to complete.

Please also note that due to individual monitor settings some colours may vary slightly.

I’ve placed my order. What happens now?

Once we receive your order you will receive a receipt from PayPal for your payment made online. You will also receive a confirmation email from us stating that your order has been received and that we will be preparing your artwork for despatch accordingly. If your painting is a CTO, we will send you a confirmation email and a photograph of your completed artwork within 5 - 7 working days of placing your order.

What if the size I want isn’t available on a painting that I have seen on your website?

Much of our artwork displayed now features 'other sizes available boxes' below them. Simply browse through until you find the size you desire and click add to cart. If the size you require is still not available then why not contac tus regarding our commissions and custom artwork service.

I want to buy a painting I’ve seen on your website, but not too sure about the colour?

Most of our paintings are one off original creations, however if you find that you want a particular piece in a different colour, then simply fill in our commissions order form, quoting the item reference of the painting that you would like your commission based on. Alternatively email us with your query and we’ll be glad to assist you in getting the right colour for your painting available to you. We can also send out colour samples of the artwork that you're interested in upon request.

I have received my painting, however I am not 100% sure that I like it?

All our canvas paintings come complete with our 14-day money back guarantee stamp on it. Should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase then simply return it to us within 14-days of receipt for an alternative or full refund*. *Please note that the cost of sending artwork back to us is none refundable.

I have received my painting, however it is damaged. What should I do?

The first thing to do is not to panik. Simply contact us and we'll arrange for you to send the artwork back to us, well even reimburse the postage fee. We will then arrange for a replacement commissioned for you as soon as possible.

COMMISSIONS

What is a commission?

A commission is a custom piece of artwork created to your desired specifications i.e. colour, size, subject, etc.

How do I place a commission order with Van Marciano Art?

Placing a commission order with us is simple and fast. We take no deposit and there is no obligation to buy. Our commissions online order form allows you to place all the necessary details about your custom artwork. You can select the subject; orientation, size and colour from the drop down menus as well upload your own photographs for us to work from. All our prices are displayed accordingly so that when you submit your commission request form, you receive an instant quote on your order.

When do I pay for my commission order?

Once your commissioned artwork is complete, we will send you proof images for your approval. Once we have received your approval we can send you a secure online payment link allowing to complete your purchase online using your debit or credit card. You also have the option of paying by personal cheque or postal order.

What if I receive my painting and I’m not 100% satisfied with the finished article?

All our commissioned canvas paintings come complete with our 14-day money back guarantee stamp on it. Should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase then simply return it to us within 14-days of receipt for a full refund. Please note that commissioned artwork are made to order therefore we do charge a 25% restocking fee. Please also note that the cost of sending commissioned artwork back to us in none refundable, as we do not charge for shipping on any of our commissioned artwork shipped out to mainland UK residents.
