What online payment services do you use and how secure are they?

We use PayPal secure online payment services for all online transactions made between you and Van Marciano Art.

What is PayPal?

PayPal is a secure online payment service. Please visit www.paypal.com for more information.

What other forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payment by personal cheque made payable to Fabrizio Van Marciano. We also accept direct bank transfers, telephone Samantha or Fabrizio on +44 (0) 7539 243339 to arrange this method.

Are my card and personal details safe?

All credit card transactions are taken via PayPal for fast and secured online payments, so we don't even see or store your credit or debit card details.

What cards do you take?

We take MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, Switch and Solo and American Express via PayPal.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery is normally within 3 – 5 working days on most of our paintings that is available for immediate despatch. For artwork that is created to order please allow 7-10 working days for delivery.

What courier services do you use and is it insured?

We send all our artwork using either City Link, DHL Domestic and International. All artwork is despatched fully insured against loss or damage.

How will my artwork be handled and packaged?

We handle all our canvas paintings with great care. Your painting will arrive to you carefully wrapped in bubble packaging and placed in a pierce proof plastic envelope that is tightly secured for strength and durability.

Do you ship worldwide?

If I require a piece of artwork urgently, would you be able to meet this demand?

Yes at an additional fee depending on the size and nature of the work we can normally supply artwork that is available for immediate despatch within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Please telephone Fabrizio or Samanth on 07539 243339 to discuss this further.

Am I able to collect artwork in person?

Yes we can arrange a convenient date for this to take place.

Am I able to arrange for my artwork to be delivered on a particular day?

Yes we can arrange a convenient date for your artwork to arrive, Saturday deliveries are at extra cost.

Can I track my order?

Yes you can, once your order has been despatched we email you with a unique tracking number. You can track and trace your order with our courier service provider. If we've despatched your order via DHL or any other service provider please contact us and we'll check the progress of delivery for you.

Can I have a painting delivered to a different address as appose to my billing address?

Unfortunately for insurance purposes and the buyer / seller protection policy enforced by PayPal, we can only ship artwork to the billing address.
